Think about it. Seriously. Completely reworked all gear and random rolls for everything we painstakingly grinded to get for the build we wanted. Maybe some extra resources or better allocation of them to craft to help make up for the change. I don't know about you, but I'm ALWAYS short of something, mainly Electronics. MAYBE even adding some more Crafting & Recalibration tables in the world, like in Safe Houses and other settlements so we're not all crammed against the only 2.
In the reworked system, we basically went back to, what? WT1 in terms of numbers? and still expected to hold our own against WT5. The only way to get back to where you were (or better) is to pay for the $30 expansion. Otherwise, you're gonna be stuck behind, too underpowered for everything you're used to doing, and will have ZERO chance in PvP.
I earned the Control Point Takeover Patch virtually by myself. The first 5 Level 4 Control Points I had help with finishing. The other 45 I did solo. I'm struggling to do a level 3 now.
And no, I'm not paying for $30 worth of bugs, glitches, cheaters, no dev communication, and randomly being disconnected/shut down. Once it's fixed and WE CAN MOVE THAT DAMN AMMO HUD SO IT'S NOT IN OUR LINE OF SIGHT WHILE AIMING, then I'll fork out the money. Until then, I might log in once a week to do some daily's, but I'm spending my time and money elsewhere. Anything else would just be masochistic.
Indeed. Same way I saved however much Fallout 76 cost on release. Dodged a bullet there! Hahaha
With the bugs that still annoy me and are constantly overlooked, I honestly didn't expect much different in the expansion. I was, however, surprised at the level of nerfing if you didn't purchase WoNY. One of the bugs I speak of is the Stationary Mounted Gun and it's turnability for players compared to enemies. That and trying to aim lobbing a grenade at a group of enemies, just to have that $#@&ing ammo HUD block everything, so I'm throwing blind. I do have recorded video of the Mounted Gun thing
Yes and the devs pood on their hard work and great graphics to give us crap game play . Goes to show it can look good and be junk..Originally Posted by MadBede Go to original post
I play the game since last march, I had my "low" after Title Update 6, I complained here a few times, and after that I deinstalled it. However, I bought Warlords and I like what they did. It's true, with the new content released, there are new and old anomalys back, but I can't blame the developers for that right now, not with the actual crisis. To be honest, I'm very happy if I still can access the game from now on.
Last but not least, there are things I don't like... like the asymmetric development (and a few things more), but apart from that I like anything else a lot, more than before Title Update 8 - again I experienced 6, my builds were destroyed.
As always, buying something is a decision, a good or a bad one, for me it's the first one of these two positions.
what could have been, i mean check this for the original "the division" in 2013... the car tyres going down so the enemies have less cover.
it's like they chopped the best bits and added some into other games "wildlands"

For me, this game is in the worst state I've ever seen, and I've played since the start. . I honestly can't go more than 3 mins without coming across something that is buggy, glitchy, exploited or just plain broken. It's very hard to have fun when I'm constantly reminded of the state of things, like NPC's aggroing from 2 blocks away, and then sniping me with every weapon imaginable. It's very tiresome and annoying. I'm almost at the point of just saying, "I'm done" and moving on.
Many of the changes they made to the game seem petty, like they are mad at the min/maxers for beating their game.
Their new idea of "fun" is a perfect example of how to ruin your game 101, they even said the AI was all pretty and new
when it is really just a huge increase in armor/health for NPCs and giving them aimbot point to point detection with no
consideration to environment or obstacles and telepathic vision that allows them to detect from cover when you are
exposed and then noscope you right between the eyes.
It is the cheapest, easiest and laziest way to code NPCs.
Farm those CPs too much for the devs ?
Then make it so they never change back to red and become useless.
Need BPs from CP4 alerts ??
Sorry, had to make those into an unbearable slog.
Did you like using different rifles and ARs ?
Nope, M1A meta is all that is left for you...
Isn't that fun ?
Are you having fun yet ?
