    What the hell

Make things harder for solo players, hide things behind paywalls, leave major bugs and content issues unfixed then give us a broken DLC. Players are still trying to retrieve game items from your support staff. You refuse to listen to the community and give the game out for peanuts so that you can garner an ignorant fan base. I've played since D1 what is going on that you can't actually give us the satisfaction we want. Is it a bold faced lie that you test the DZ and that the best player experience is 12 players or one of your producers admitting console can't handle more then 12 people.

My question is do you want a reliable player base or just churn out dollars via paywalls dlc's that don't actually fix the game. Honestly I won't be surprised if I get banned for asking questions or identifying Issues. Ubi you're doing nothing for this franchise. People are actually going back to D1 because they're disappointed.

Why does the state of the game blatantly lie to players? Why is everything constantly nerfed into the ground? What is actually going on in development?

It's insanely disappointing to see you imitate world of warcraft, yet not provide the same quality. They had full maps every dlc, yet you gave us a pie piece of NY, under the pretense it got hit by a hurricane. What the hell? I gave you $40 hoping you'd pull something better out of your ***, address known issues, patch bugs, have refreshing content, open the game up. You didn't.

You gave people a revised recal station that should've been patched into d2 a long time ago. You rebuilt talents and builds (the majority dead and useless) while lying to us saying you made diversity. If there was diversity solo players and group players would be happy. Clearly you've ignored both.

What really gets me is I can't solo play and have a rewarding experience. Whether it's purple or blue loot, or just difficulty scaling. Or getting my money back for being fool hardy enough to believe you care about the customer.

Btw 21kiloton has you painted the right way.

    Yours sincerely
    A very unhappy Customer.

Game is garbage but harder solo? Solo is the easiest way to play atm. Scaling is horrible Even worse there is no reward for grouping.

Guess you never played any MMO at all, almost all P2P MMO has DLC`s that you need to pay for, its their way to get more money to make more content, you cant expect any developers to work for free just because you dont like to pay for any content.

Now on the other hand you do have a point for what they changed with the gear 2.0 or TU8, they changed too much and non of the majority of the players asked for this at all,

I have said way before WoNY and TU8 came out that the build diversity will go down with gear 2.0/TU8 and that it will need another big update to get it all fixed again (Gear 3.0)

btw i seen 21 Kiloton video and i guess he didnt played the game for that long after the patch (WoNY/TU8), alot what he says isnt true at all and is just his opinion and not based on facts at all, guess he doesnt even know anything about developing new content at all, Developing new content cost money and without any money you dont get any new content period.

So what do you want, new content or not, if you dont want any new content then dont buy the DLC, if you want new content then you buy the DLC, in this world nothing is free, you wont work for free either so stop complaining about that you need to pay for new content.

I'm with you, man. I watched 21Kiliton video as well. Quite the accurate portrayal of the state of the game. So sad to see so many players enable a blatant lie and a rip-off of a DLC and defend it. Quite ignorant seeing as Division 1 is sill in existence and playable. The comparison is uncanny. Div 1 takes the cake.

There is this phrase that fits perfectly for many players, 'Ignorance is bliss'. You can like the DLC or not but that is not what is the main issue. The new area to small? Well that is just disappointing but at the moment you own a DLC that is actually making the game worse then it was before it was released. I didn't have any problems with the old gear system at all so no change was needed there. But instead they did turn everything around and it turned out to contain a lot more bugs and even had old ones return. Surely they can be fixed but that isn't how it works, people expect working products when they pay for it. And if I go to the store to buy a product, come home and it doesn't work, I go back to the shop. Then they tell me we forgot to put some part in but we have them, you only need to pay more for it. These kind of business practices are unacceptable and many people complain about it, and rightly so.

As for Massive and their weekly talks, I suppose they are all in panic mode. UbiSoft took a great hit in sales (on multiple games) and I guess the executives had a really hard talk with their development studios about the drop in sales. So now they are trying everything to boost revenue and it isn't working very well. They are alienating even more customers by applying the strategy mentioned above. We know there problems with the game, some parts were left out but now we patched those, you only need to pay for. What they should have done is separate the New York content from game play improvements and give everyone access to those parts. Long time ago there was another company that did offered a patch you had to buy and they didn't fair well. Wouldn't be surprised if UbiSoft pulled the plug on some of their IPs or go out looking for other studios to create (new) games for the online store.

I don't own the DLC and still have fun in the game but I guess I also don't have to put up with a lot of the bug that were introduced by the expansion. Wish we could have opted out on the new gear system tho. They reduced diversity to much and I now use that same build I collected 2 days after DLC was released. No dropped items are better or provide an improvement to the ones I already have. But who knows, maybe we get another reset in the game and it changes once more. Do wonder if they can go on with this forever because there won't be much left of the original game by then. The one that many players payed a lot of money for only to see turn into something else over time, and at this point it ain't getting better.

The DZ part limited to 12 was because in D1 we had groups of 8+ clans farming newbies and forcing people to quit. now its hard to get in more then 4..back on D1 you could get 12 in one channel and farm it 24/7 . that change was kinda needed.
