Once again, another issue with this game. There is always a problem with something in this game and I am really sick and tired of it. Now I cannot load into the game at all. I have been trying to load in for the past hour and nothing and as I type this I am stuck on 12%. Why can't Massive seriously fix their game. I really wish I could have a refund because I am not having any fun playing this new DLC. All I am having are issues and I just can't take it anymore. It is really sad. Thanks a lot Massive for making a broken game in every way possible. This is not fair and we should be given a full refund. I cant play.
Now I am stuck at 29% and I am giving up. This is just not fair. I purchased this game and I can't even play. I even spent money on clothing items. Thanks a lot Massive for making a broken game. I am done with this game. This is not how consumers should be treated. And yes I tried to troubleshoot the problem that was suggested in your support forum.
I had this issue about a week ago an fixed it by verifying the game files.
Open Uplay
Go the Games
Right click Division 2
View Game Details
On the left hand side click properties and you should see verify game files there.
