Its not only the people abusing it. I saw a video of a guy running legendary with this thing and even then they were getting owned by the enemies. Its crazy how broken the damage they make that even with a glitch that makes your weapons stronger, if you don't match the armor health they have its still impossible, this dude had a 8.9M riffle, its insane!! And he was getting dropped so fast its not even funny. I think the enemies really need a rework fast, nobody is gonna get to that high amount of damage, he killed some enemies and guess what? PURPLE GEAR DROPPED!!! Really? In legendary? Man, these devs have a lot to work on, exotics are trash too

Is legendary only tuned for 4 players? I tried it just to see what it was like solo and it seemed like I was getting the same amount of enemies I would if I was in a 4 player group. Not that I made it far enough to see the second group of enemies lol, but at the very beginning there was at least double the amount of enemies there than I would see doing it solo on heroic.
I believe it should only change their armour and health values, spawns are very specific and placed the same exact way everytime. I died enough times learning union district boss the first time completing it to see that spawns were very specific (one elite and veteran sniper right next to eachother, drone operators rappeling down the middle in groups of 4 and medics and supports spawning on hte last waves as well as some with the boss)Originally Posted by AllOutWar76 Go to original post
So does that mean it's like some sort of hybrid scaling? What I mean by that is no matter if you run legendary solo or with a full group the same amount of NPC's will spawn but only the health and armor scale? Where as heroic and under the health armor and number of enemies scale depending on how many players are there?
