This is so depressing.
I emerge from my current hell-hole for a coffee and a quick read-up of what is happening in the real world to discover that people only think it's cheating if you get punished for it. So much for morals, I'm grateful I only play with friends. So now we have to accept that athletes can take performance-enhancing drugs to bolster their performance, in the process robbing honest athletes of deserved medals - as long as they don't get caught? Corrupt politicians can jerrymander elections as long as they don't get caught? It's OK to mug little old ladies as long as you don't get caught.
Such low morals. I despair. Back to hell now, but I guess there is little difference between that and this place.
But you are right. Ubi/Massive are so weak and scared of offending the cheaters they will do nothing. I expect they need all the players they can get, so why not make the glitch official so anyone can use it, even those who still retain their integrity?
Sadly, nothing will happen! Games like siege where the a profession/ESL scene they will ban cheaters/glitchers, those that are toxic on a regular basis - jump on any Siege stream and you will see people actively being banned. Division doesn't have that, so people aren't going to be banned. IF they had from day 1 banned anyone that was cheating, glitching, or exploiting, I think things would be different! but hey, would LOVE to be proven wrong!

I don't think anything will happen. Not only that how would they punish players. Technically if your in a lobby you are guilty of cheating because you know that your getting a unfair advantage even if you not doing the glitch yourself. 3 out of 4 match making lobbies trending it for me personally and every lfg has had 1 at least. The best thing to do is reset leaderboads. What's funny though Iv seen entire raid groups do this exploit and still cannot get past boomer lol
Sorry to say this but. Massive cannot ban anyone. All the glitches is doing. Is playing the game the way Massive coded it. They, like you, payed good money for the game.if they get banned that would be a lawsuit. DONT HATE THE PLAYER, HATE THE GAME. Stop all your whining about people glitching. This game is garbage and will always go down in history as a fail.Originally Posted by ZekrudaZ Go to original post
No, they are breaking the terms of service and TD2 code of conduct which is clearly stated here:Originally Posted by x0NEMANARMYx Go to original post
•Exploiting: Triggering and using a bug or glitch or bypassing established game rules to gain a significant advantage or skip progression steps otherwise necessary.
•First offense: temporary suspension
•Multiple offenses: permanent ban
It's plain for all to see and is actually available for anyone to read. So there will be no lawsuit because there is no case to answer to. You agree to the terms of service before you play the game after installing it, everyone does. If people fail to abide to the terms they should be prepared to face the consequences.
