I don't think that's the game. That looks like some video card issues. Have you tried playing with lower graphics settings to see if it goes away?

Seen that, wasn't my video card.

I experienced that exact same graphic issue - among other things, poor performance, crashes, etc. CPU usage at 100%. Reinstalled drivers, the game, formatted the machine, the works. It always came back along with other issues.

I, like many, thought it to be my video card, drivers, something of that nature. Maybe Ubisoft code, after all....all other games worked.

It was actually my motherboard. After extensive testing which I will not go into here, I determined the motherboard to be intermittently failing under load on apps which tax the I/O and bus system. Changed the board (Asus Z390 TUF to Asus Z390 ROG Strix E) and the glitches are gone, Literally no other components were changed. Graphics artifacts gone, game runs smooth, and zero issues with a pegged CPU in Division 2.

Bottom line, don't discount a potential hardware failure when everything else seems good. It's very possible for a board to fail without "hard" failing.

Hmm, I've never seen any glitch like this when a motherboard has issues. This does not seem related at all. It looks like a GPU only issue, may that be related to drivers ord the hardware - whatever. It's pretty common tho.

To fix it, I would check if the GPU's overclock/underclock is stable enough, see that the card recieves the required power from the PSU and DDU the driver once more. If the issue persists after all this (cable recheck, reseating check and DDU install&reinstall) run a few stability tests (30 mins or so) in 3dmark. If nothing works, THEN it's an issue with the game.

That is strange, indeed. Well - if you did everything I meantioned AND most other games run fine - then we should be able to rule out any potential hardware issues. Try messing around with the in-game settings a bit, I know this appears redudant or even useless, but maybe this is a problem with some bizarre settings-mix. Try DX11 for example - just for a quick test and benchmark run.

You should start a thread outlining how you tested your Mobo to discover that was the issue. I'm sure there are others who would benefit from knowing what it could be and how to find and fix the problem.
