    DLC not showing on account, discount not applied during purchase

    I purchased the Year 3 pass through game client for a total of $32.39. Upon purchase, I restarted the game to try and load the pass. It did not. I checked the Steam page and discovered it should be discounted due to the current sale. It did not count me as having purchased it, but did say I had, leaving me in a limbo of having and not having the pass. I decided to purchase the Year 4 Pass to see if it was just a fault in general, but that worked perfectly.

    I just want my Year 3 pass, the discount not applying I don't care much for.

    Was the year 3 pass purchased from in-game, or did you purchase it from the ubisoft store webpage?
    When you purchased the year 4 pass and it worked, was this purchased in game?
