I haven't been able to play custom match on my xbox one since March 11th before the march 12th maintenance why is it locked yet when I go on my pc i can play custom match?

Are you able to provide me with an image / video clip showing that this option is locked for you? Have you performed any troubleshooting so far, such as reinstalling the game?

Hello, i have the same issues, after 2 months i wanted to play custom matches against BOTS but it looks like it is locked, it has always worked before, what's wrong now ?

I tried to upload a video or a picture but it didn't work, there is no much to explain anyway, when i try to play in custom match mode i set everything properly i set the bots leaving one slot free for me and when it's time to begin i want to press start, but the start option is not active since there is a lock icon next to it so it is impossible to run a match. I tried to look at the screen carefully and i saw a warning at the bottom of the screen saying "Dedicated server matches require a minimum of 2 players," I never needed another player, i could play against bots and it was fantastic, and now it seems everything messed up, so what happened ? Please help me.

Ok there is an update of the situation here, this morning i had a suspect and i have remembered that when everything used to work properly i also had an XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription which now i didn't have anymore. So i bought one month of XBOX LIVE subscription and ... Yes The Padlock icon next to START is vanished and now it is possible to play again in custom modes with BOTS. I'm happy but it sounds kinda strange i didn't think i needed xbox live GOLD to play in this GAME MODE of custom matches with BOTS, because Multiplayer with Bots was already working without XBOX live GOLD even though it was not possible to choose the map in which i wanted to fight and neither the LEVEL of BOTS AI, everything was random so i prefered custom matches. The Problem is solved but i had to pay XBOX LIVE GOLD, I would love to play this game forever, it's fantastic but it has some limits. Anyway can you confirm that only through XBOX LIVE GOLD is it possible to play in custom matchesmode ? If so, make it clear around, because i have found on the internet so many forums about guys who had my same problem but noone seemed to understand what was going wrong, they have propably forgot about the XBOX LIVE GOLD aspect.
