hello, i have a problem with my account on just dance now app.
I have already a VIP Membership for 1 year subscription but when I was logging in app it said i still don't have a vip pass then i tried to subscribe again for connecting my pass but it made me get twice subscriptions

I'm sorry to see you're having issues accessing your Just Dance Now VIP Pass too!
I've merged your thread here as it's discussing the same issue and there are steps above for you to try
As for the duplicate refund, I would recommend contacting your respective App Store to discuss this as we wouldn't be able to process a refund as the pass wasn't purchased directly through us;
