If still experiencing issues with your VIP Pass purchase, can you please first try to restore your in-game purchases by following these instructions for your respective devices:
iOS:
- Make sure that you’ve logged in with the correct Apple ID used to purchase the VIP pass.
- Launch Just Dance Now
- Go to Settings > Restore Purchases
Apple TV:
- Open Just Dance Now.
- Swipe up and select VIP Shop.
- In the shop, swipe down and select Restore Purchases.

Querido equipo de Ubisoft, tengo un problema, el día de hoy adquirí una membresía de tres meses para Just Dance Now en mi dispositivo, sin embargo no tardó más de una hora para que dejara de reconocer mi pase VIP y me pidiera la aplicación que volviera a adquirir un nuevo pase.
Apenas pude jugar aproximadamente una hora hasta que dejó de autenticarse mi pase, en ese momento la aplicación me puso en el modo gratuito donde debes gastar las monedas.
Me gustaría mucho recibir una respuesta pronta ante este problema.
