    Same issue cannot use vip

    I already bought 1 year vip ,but app still do like play for free so i have to wait for the coins even though i but vip!!!

    NEED SOME ONE CAN HELP TO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!

    Just Dance Now - VIP Membership not recognized, Duplicate payment

    hello, i have a problem with my account on just dance now app.

    I have already a VIP Membership for 1 year subscription but when I was logging in app it said i still don't have a vip pass then i tried to subscribe again for connecting my pass but it made me get twice subscriptions

    so now i want to know how can i cancel the second subscription and get a refund. if i cannot recover the original account that is fine. but i really want to request a refund which is duplicate payment. please help me thanks in advance.

    Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access your VIP access!

    Are you still having issues?

    If so, could you please try Restoring Purchases on your device;

    iOS:

    - Make sure that you’ve logged in with the correct Apple ID used to purchase the VIP pass.
    - Launch Just Dance Now
    - Go to Settings > Restore Purchases

    Apple TV:

    - Open Just Dance Now.
    - Swipe up and select VIP Shop.
    - In the shop, swipe down and select Restore Purchases.

    If you're using a different device or the above steps don't regain access to the pass for you, please let us know!

    Welcome to the Forums!

    I'm sorry to see you're having issues accessing your Just Dance Now VIP Pass too!

    I've merged your thread here as it's discussing the same issue and there are steps above for you to try

    As for the duplicate refund, I would recommend contacting your respective App Store to discuss this as we wouldn't be able to process a refund as the pass wasn't purchased directly through us;
