I purchased a steel pack earlier today as everything went on sale, as I wanted a new outfit for my centurion. I only purchased one however a few minutes later while waiting to get in a game it notified me that I got another 25,000 steel. Confused on the matter I checked my bank account to discover that it withdrew an additional $20 from my account and purchased another. I'm positive that I didn't accidentally purchase another as I have a password set on my PS4 to prevent multiple purchases. If I could get a refund that would be my desirable outcome. Any help is appreciated,

Edit: Forgot to mention that the exact same thing happened to my roommate on the same day.
