I had never get any connection issues before. I created this post for my friend. He bought to game to play with us but we couldnt. We did everything for fix this nat problem but its still continuing. He can play solo but cant join in party. And this problem is not about with internet provider im waiting for solutions please. Sorry about my language too.

this is ridiculous. I Have the same problem. My internet is fine works great in any other game here the NAT shows red and i cant join my friends!!! I CANT JOIN MY FRIENDS IN A PARTY IN 2020?!?! You understand this? no wonder this game hasnt been as popular as it should be. real shame fix this ****!!!!!

Making sure your ports are forwarded correctly will prevent information being blocked between our servers and your computer.
Please let us know if you go through these steps and you're still having the same problem.
