This was tested on Challenging world difficulty (Roaming)
My build
1 red stat total
10 blue
10 yellow
Plenty of status effects and procs, with a healing and survival element.
First vid I get an 18 grenade barrage lobbed at me from a warhound (man he wouldn't bloody stop) plus a heavy elite tank in for good measure

Personally I've never seen the point in creating a skill build and then using up half your potential offensive capability with a self heal. Each to their own, naturally. That Turret isn't surviving for long; do you have any skill health mods attached to it? I'd run a CC skill alongside that turret to keep it active for longer. Blinder is really strong and a 15 second blind on multiple targets will help both you and your Turret.

Yeah the turret only has 2 mill health, the self heal i'm a solo only player so it just keeps me going..
Skill health mods I can't remember but I hardly find them the trouble is only 3 pieces have mod slots and only 1 of those is utility, the build itself is not even close to finished so it can change on the fly.
My main focus was bleed/blind and burn the status effects, I think most of the time I have atleast 5 procs going, and it's not bad for only 1 red build, I wanted to steer away from going DPS, just to see what unique differences are out there.
I doubt many can take that many Warhound grenades lobbed at them I think my armour hardly moved.
This build is purely for survival hence the self healing. I wanted to see how much I could take/thrown at me.
But like I said it was a test (work in progress and thanks for the comments.) I might try a CC just to see.

F2000 with Perpetuation headshots grant +50% status effect damage and duration to the next status effect you apply and DMG to target out of cover.

1 x Fenris, with +15% weapon damage. that's the only red stat. My F2000 is still putting out 80K damage (not bad for 1 red)
