You aren't too bad, but you panicked a bit too easily.
You could have switched to your pistol or secondary when that guy climbed over ledge and killed him. He was only a Red health guy meaning you can easily burn him down.

If you need high burst use a High damage shotgun as secondary.

You also wasting ammo on the Grenadier - the easiest option is to aim for the Red box on his back. It destroys his armor and stops him from shooting grenades.
Or if you are a Survivalist use crossbow on his chest ( must hit his chest - not his arm - you can try for his head, but high chance of missing ) This instantly destroys his chest armor allowing you to do direct health damage. When he moves side to side he always exposes his Red box.

More importantly when fighting a grenadier never stand still keep moving from cover to cover. He can't track you if you are using cover movements so he will keep shooting your last known posistion until you shoot your gun.

Same thing with the turret. You were wasting time killing it.
Once you shoot the Ammo box on a machine gun turret it can no longer shoot. So don't need to destroy it. Infact not destroying it is better because it forces the Engineer to come and repair it, making him come out of cover, not shoot you, and makes for easy head shots.

The Sniper Turret and Flame Mortar Turret you need to kill instantly - their weak points are much harder to get to.

Also if you are running Pulse having Recon Talent ( buffs damage against pulsed enemies) + Nightwatcher mask helps a ton.
Nightwatcher mask reduces Pulse Cooldown by 50%.
