    Riddle me this.

One glaring question that keeps coming to me is this: " Where are all the supply drops coming from?" We are six+ months into the pandemic the whole world is in shambles, yet somewhere, someone is so flush with resources that not only can they keep a fleet of Ospreys running, but they are flying routine missions over Washington and New York (and possibly other cities?) randomly dropping "supplies", without any coordination with friendly forces on the ground. And more mysteriously they are doing it with absolute impunity. Black Tusk is apparently exerting zero effort to shoot down or otherwise stop these resupply flights by big, slow and unarmed aircraft over the very AO they are trying to gain control of. We've seen in the story line that surface to air missiles are available.

Oeh, that's a good one. One of the many mysteries not adressed by lore or massive.

I used to headcannon it as this one crazy person, sitting on a pile of supplies, just following his last orders. But they're doing it in NY too. so that's weirder. It could be automation, i've seen this YouTube shortmovie, where the last bomber on autopilot, the crew is dead and long rotted, flying out of an automated base, kept bombing an already dead city.

off course, that doesn't explain the absence of anti aircraft,...although if deemed harmless enough, why waste a million dollar misille on it?? Or two, since they miss sometimes.

    We'll probably never know,

If the Black Tusk can maintain their supply lines, it's not much of a stretch to imagine the JTF doing something similar, even if on a different scale.

Those huge drones would seem to be an attempt at controlling air space. How effective they are is a different matter.

This and other questions like, "Who is running and maintaining the national power grid", "How is Black Tusk running and fuelling fleets of high maintenance fuel guzzling helicopters and hovercraft", "Where are spare parts coming from and who is making them".

In this agents mind, the only explanation is that the wider world outside of DC and NY has managed to push through albeit in a weakened state, and that DC and NY are part of larger "no-go" areas. Like in widespread natural disasters, the projection of relief efforts can only come from outside areas which have resources, manpower and infrastructure.

If the whole world was like DC and NY, there'd be no industrial base, supply chain or food to make relief operations possible - and once you've fired that missile, nobody anywhere in the world could make another one, and possibly for generations to come.
