Hello TOKYO_ROGUE, Thank you for getting back to us. I understand your case got closed. I will forward the case once more to the game's team to confirm if there is any way to recover the agents that got deleted. As you may be aware from our previous contact it is possible that a reply will take longer than usual. In the meantime, if you have any further queries feel free to contact us. Kind Regards Ubi-TakoSketch Ubisoft Support
That's the last message i got.
Here we go... i am afraid i am dealing with japanese support... which are pretty bad in english. This, because i live in Japan, even though my language setting says ENGLISH.
They still send me email in Japanese! I can't read 'em.

Hello TOKYO_ROGUE,
Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support We sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Due to the current situation, we are not able to respond as quick as we would like to, but we try our best. I understand that you have an issue with your agent in The Division 2. After reviewing your account, i cannot confirm that the game was played with this account, as there is no PSN linked to it. Please make sure to contact us with the account in question, so we can investigate further and see if we can recover the deleted agents. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us again.
Kind regards,
Ubi-Ghost Ubisoft Support

Seriously? Wow. Seems like they are looking for ways to ban instead of following up on the multitude of cheater reports. But, I wasn't so much talking about playing it through the VPN (probably would introduce a lot of lag anyway), but rather submit a ticket where it shows you from either your native area, or an English speaking nation. Well, that is if they do geo-locating for tickets. I don't remember. It seems like perhaps I chose it early on. I don't remember.Originally Posted by TOKYO_ROGUE Go to original post
So far they have had 1 successful support ticket out of 13 I have submitted to UBI (not just TD). So, I now only contact them either for a refund, or if a game won't start or run at all. The CM's seem like decent guys. UBI makes some of the funnest games I have, but their support isn't generally worth the time. My favorite is when I include all the things they ask for in the initial ticket like DXDiag, MSInfo32, plus any pertinent screenshots, etc. The first response, days later is requesting those files and telling me to update drivers and such. Which, if they actually looked at those files would see I am running the latest already.
BTW, TOKYO_ROGUE... How much did you sell your kid for? Asking for a friend.![]()
