Playing on HARD new game + level 99 - FIRE damage of the charts again - fire from mercenaries will kill in 2-3 ticks - fix or check whats going on.

Can't and wont play like this.

You should probably contact Support and have your dxdiag ready if you're on PC.

And, a "please" wouldn't hurt either.

This is my 2nd game+ and have 325 hours playing this game, it was either unistall or play some more - the *insta kill* fire from arrows is not the first time this happens.

If my request is not good enough here then so be it, i will not do the dxdiag thing or anything else, i payed considerable money for this game + extra's and it's not my job to maintain it okay?

So take your please somewhere else, have a good day.

You realize what your dxdiag does, right? Others don't seem to be having this issue, so it's highly plausible some other software is affecting your PC.

A dxdiag helps developers understand what kind of specs you have, and can work on a fix for it, because there's absolutely no way with infinite combinations of hardware and software, outdated drivers, etc. that the devs or the support team can just know what your problem is.

Help them help you. That's how this works. It's not you doing any "extra work" for "all the money you paid."

And, being polite is a plus. Not required, sure. But these are people too.

It amazes me how many people don't have a basic understanding of technology, or manners, even.
