I didn't get any mmr out of 2 of my three latest matches in ranked. What can I do?

I seem to go up rank but it still displays the rank I was previously at an when I lose mmr I don’t change rank nor do I when I gain enough to gain a new rank

Hello there!

Sorry to hear you are getting this display issue with your rank not changing.

Next time it occurs, can you please wait some time and then restart the game to check your rank to see if the points were changed from what you originally had before the match?

If you still have issues, can you please confirm time/date of the match and send us images of what you see?

Been Playing Ranked Games Winning them and gaining nothing I'm basically owed 200 mmr + I was loading into a game and then It kicked and suspended me for 30 mins and it also took my mmr, this is stopping me from getting my usual plat.

Earlier today I was playing ranked with a full squad and we all got an abandon sanction notification at the beginning of the ban phase. So we play our game out and flawlessly beat the other team to find out we have been banned for "leaving the match" even though we clearly won. Every one of my teammates lost huge amounts of MMR ( I lost 153) :///

Thank you for the report and sorry to hear your group still lost MMR.

It has been tricky for us to reproduce this issue, would you be able to provide us a video and maybe steps you took, that might help us reproduce this on a consistent basis?
