I have recently received an email from Ubisoft support in relation to my ticket about friend referal rewards. While it is a general email (I presume the same identical copy was send to various people), it states that my rewards haven't been delivered because "some criteria haven't been met". I'd provided screenshots of both the email and screenshot of the ubisoft profile saying that my friend has accepted my invite.
I can't physically provide any more evidence, simply because I do not tend to register or stream while gaming.
Now, at this point, I would like to ask anyone from Ubisoft what are those requirements and if there's any way to give additional information in this respect.
