I was told u can only get to level 40 by buying warlords of New York, so far I have only got level 30 drops, I'm 200k armor and 14k damage, my friends that already bought it r up to 1.9m armor and 45k damage. If this is true and ubisoft is trying to force poeple to pay for progression in a game they already bought, that would be the lowest thing I have seen yet.

If you're only doing 14K damage, perhaps you should stop using a shotgun from 200m away.

got the base game for 30 euro day one it was released, paid another 30 for the wony dlc, spend maybe 500 hours of gameplay in total, why would you pay 100$ for a game with small additions anyway, i tried those classified missions and they felt more like bounties with some voice acting added, no point
now name at least one game that gives so much gameplay for same amount, yes there are ftp games, but considering how most console/aaa games are 60 euro and they give at most 30 hours of gameplay in total lol don't see anyone crying about that

I paid $89 for the game including the season pass and have no problem shelling out $40 for the dlc for a total expenditure of ~$130. I have around 750 hours into the game so that works out only 18 cents per hour played, I think that’s a pretty awesome.

I don't think people understand that Game Development is an upfront cost to the studio. They have to pay everyone FIRST and hope the thing isn't a huge flop. They make investments HOPING to get a return.

I suppose the way they could have done this was to just abandon D2 and make D3 and charge you even more.... just a thought.

Some people just don't get it. "Don't worry about the small poop..... Everything is small poop"

No one if forcing you to buy the game or any additional expenses. Lots of "FREE" games out there to choose from. Save your money and play those instead. We happy few that enjoy TD2 & WONY will keep on grinding.
