Tell ubi what we liked and didn't like

I like the new gear system however the old one was good all I wanted, and many other poeple wanted was the ability to recalibrate more stats to get closer to max. To me changing the system completely and completely destroying players builds that they worked on for a yr., is the worst thing a company could have done for their game. If warlords of new had of been a new game, this gear system would have been great. If they had just add even one recalibration to the old system I would have bought warlords of new York, But after my builds being completely ruined I have no desire to buy it, or any other tom Clancy's games.

Welcome to how all expansions with RPG elements work. New content is added, power level goes up, you gotta get new gear, its simple and has been this way for A LONG time. If you ONLY introduce new conent, if you already had max gear, then why on earth would you play that new content beyond the first clear for the story.

And no, if you make it where you can recal 2 talents or have an optimizaion station, the gear issues get worse, not better as then there's no "carrot" anymore to shoot for. When you got nothing to do because theres no gear upgrades, why would you play.

Was the gear revamp handled wrong in terms of what peoples gear got changed into after TU8, absolutely. But gear NEEDED a change in the first place. The Budget System was horrible, you needed sheets and pictures to know what the best stats on gear could be, everyone was basically 1 of 4 builds. I needed the change.

    Kind of the same here.

The library was too little too late. Buildcrafting is almost gone now so it doesnt serve that much of a purpose.

I didn't want an mmo with such basic mechanics that forced all tanks to use a shield and make playing a healer so boring that no one would want to do it.

If they worked on content instead of this unecessary revamp, maybe there would be something to do next week or the week after while they work on the bugs.

And lastly, my biggest gripe is Fred lying to our faces. That was the worst imo.

Thats not how rpg games with expansions work. That is a lie.

Never seen an expansion completely invalidate all the gear you have. It may introduce higher grade gear, but it does not randomly reroll what you had.

I took the survey the other day and that's about as far as I'm going with feedback on the game for now.

Same reason I played the division for 2 yr with the same content and maxed gear. Not everyone is a hardcore gamer, ubisoft has pushing casual gamers away with all there changes and they need to realize that, and forum let poeple tell them why.
