    Finally finished the story WoNY - my view

    I have finally finished the story for WoNY. I took my time playing the missions and exploring the city. Granted i'm only able to play about 2-3 hours a week.
    I found that the missions where well designed, especially the one in the oil tanker. Some where easy to tackle, some took a bit longer to understand what you are supposed to do.

    I only used the new decoy skill, which i found very effective. Maybe it could use some tweaking. It looks very daft that NPC's keep shooting a hologram and not realizing it's not real. But it's a great tool to evade and escape or to take on armored types.

    The first few levels (30-35) i did not find very hard to do if i may be honest. No bullet sponges, Seekers mines where still very effective. No reason the swap out any pieces of gear.
    But from 35 and onward i gradually had to swap out gear in order to be effective. Unfortunately i was pushed towards a DPS build and away from a skillbuild. But i think that was due to the gear drops i had, and maybe the way skill builds are set up to be build up. Now that i'm back in DC i guess i can find gear that suits my expectations more.

    I get the complaints about bullet sponges thought. The Incinerator type enemy was a real pain to down. Even his weak points took a large amount off bullets to destroy.
    It will take some time to gear up again to move on to a higher difficulty.

    All in all i did enjoy the update and think they did a good job on content and gear overhaul. The scenery is well designed and did not feel repetitive.

    Spoiler:  Show
    I did have some issues with the Aaron Keener mission thought. It took me 2-3 deaths to finish that mission. After the rocket phase, when Aaron jumps out to fight you, he kept running away and tossing skills at you.
    Maybe this wasn't intended by the devs but i decided to equip the Enforcer and wait for him to jump out, and empty the shotgun on his face. It took only 10 shells to kill him to my surprise. Design flaw?

    I really hate shotguns as don't like its play style. But maybe i should reconsider??

    I've only played 5 hours so far and killed the hacker whose name I can't remember.

    Checked my stats on that tracker, and they're nowhere as impressive as yours but the following I did find surprising:

    111 Rifle kills - top 7%

    430 Shotgun kills - top 14%

    513 Bleeding kills - top 16%

    My total playing time is only 94 hours.

    Ha, that would be a good option as to the story mode.Your actions decide which side you turn to.

    My stats are rather on the low side i guess. I'd like to see the stats of someone with 1000h+ played

    • 04/03 => +- 4h
    • 05/03 - 08/03 => 0h
    • 09/03 => +-1h
    • 10/03 => +- 1h
    • 11/03 => +- 4h
