why are the rogue agents unstoppable gods of destruction?

so far I have only encountered them twic, the first time on wall street and there was about 12 of them and the second time on Roosevelt island and only 3 but in both cases not only did each one have more armor than a boss (dumping several mags into and not making so much as a dent and I have over 100% bonus weapon damage bonus) but whatever little damage we were able to deal they just heal off because they can just spam all the abilities, I would destroy a healing hive and they would just throw another right away and that's while they weren't spamming grenades, like seriously all they do is throw grenades and spam healing abilities! as soon as I would move out of the way of one grenade 3 more were being thrown, I get that they are suppose to be hard but this is nuts, they have way more armor than they should actually have and rip though player armor like paper, is it a bug that they can just spam everything and have as much HP as a raid boss AND spawn in swarms?

You wished just a npc like christmas npc who just emote and shoot a bad pistol to draw attention?

If our agent its a agent of destruction why one evil agent AKA rogue will be less than agent of destruction?

Yep, meet three of them just before clearing a CP. I was a little worried about all three rushing but me and my squadmate were able to lead one at a time away cornering and chipping away at their armor until finally killing them after a couple times they self healed. Just did a bounty (hard) in Constitution Hall, DC and decided to spawn Boss "Yanick the Beard" and he is the same way, self-heals repeatedly and can spam drones. Finally, was able to take him down with about 800 rds NGEV LMG with perfect sadist talent and Mk-17. Had to take his armor almost down with the MK-17, then stinger hive, followed up with 100 rds of LMG with sadist.

Because Massive operates under the singular idea that making the game harder means adding HP to NPCs. It's a tired and lazy idea.

Yeah, they do throw a lot of tech at you. My first encounter with them ended with my avatar face down in the dirt and me on my back laughing my arse off. They pincered me with flame turrets and then one nade spammed me while the other waited for me to break cover so he could blurt me down with an smg. I was mightily impressed and thought: "Now there's a challenge". I'm really looking forward to our next encounter as I have a couple of new gear items and I now know a little more about their tactics.
