    Psychic NPC`s

    I was doing my normal loot run when i was on the top of the scaffolding at https://division2map.com?locationIds=6699 when i looked down and see an elite Control point just north of that building, when i was using my sticky bomb/HW combo I noticed every time if I AIMED AT the npc`s they already started to run away or move, but if my mouse wasnt targeting them they stayed at the same spot.


    Please devs you gonna give us a bit more chance to hit them with skills if you remove their Psychic talent that they know where we gonna fire our skill, even if they cant see us they are reacting to it like they can see what i am seeing.

    yeah I had the Sticky bomb equipped on one of the Named enemies and it was hilarious, you point the cursor at him and he would juke and dodge like he was on crack.

    I figured they must have access to the same feed we use for targeting, always have, they know when you are aiming at them and will stay in cover until you move your cursor.

    AI was given an overhaul and made smarter. elite and named bosses will now know youre aiming at them and will move more often or shoot you to throw your aim off. best time to hit them with things like that is while they are shooting at your position. doing little pop outs will cause this and create openings on them. also just move back and forth on cover does this too because it changes their thought process in trying to take you down.

    to them its like the same to us when you use those skills. they see a light and move from it.

    the sticky bomb doesnt have any lights, and they should never have this kind of "Skill"in the first place, it feels like cheating and we all hate cheaters

    npc's know that you aiming at them when they are low health especially
    as soon as you stop they will pop out and start shooting, it's like whack a mole, always been like this, i'm surprised you just started to notice this

    To put it Has blunt as possible All NPCs Suck at this very moment in time With all there Cheap *** Antics and non tactical ways .They Hide behind cover a spam you with all there Skills 120 times harder our skills just tickle them there pissing me off to no end

    I have never seen npc duck dodge to the squats all to avoid bullets. The npc is not even looking at me but if I get that scope too close..............I like the fact that they are smarter and will attempt to flank you more and make things a bit more interesting but the unrealistic moves have to go.

    It not only the new sticky bomb, I have been experiencing this with grenades for a long time, when in red circle they run away. Always use them to get NPCs out of cover and them blast them to next level using my weapon. It is stupid but that is the same with NPCs that spot you while on the other side of a building or underground. Seen this happen a lot after update, suddenly you are in combat and they come rushing towards you, even when inside buildings that surely don't have line of sight.
