i don't know why you would. i left the main quest at sequence 3 when you first upgrade your spear and bam - i'm level 52 at which point anything but atlantis dlc is below your level (even if you have easy scaling at -4 levels). mild spoiler - all 3 cyclopses, medusa and minotaur are accessible through sidequests. To be honest, level cap of 99 isn't made up from thin air, i feel like if you do 100% of story sidequests + dlcs that's exactly where you'll be by the third part of atlantis. i hit the cap midway through Underworld but i started last april and there were long periods when i only did weekly quests for 1 hour a week and that's it.Originally Posted by Greg_R. BTW totally get this week's sargon's dagger, greek hello. it's one of the 4 weapons you really need from helix store (other 3 are bullsh1t as is but offer very good engravings: +25% hunter damage on vine bow, +25% assassin dmg of blade of the ephemeral and 30% damage while full health on nemean claw useful for both assassin, hunter and low-armor-insane-damage 100% crit chance while full health warrior builds). I don't spend money on principle on stuff that can be gotten for free but if i did spend 1000 (well, 750, + this week's orichalcum) helix i'd buy those cuz they're most helpful in the beginning of the game, and in the end you have like 580k assassin damage with 725% crit damage while full health (and 99.4% crit chance while full health) which makes it circa 4.2 million hit while mercs on nightmare have 1.63m health. legendary boars from the daughters of artemis chalenge are one-hit with a hero strike, some specific builds have gone as high as 41m to one-hit cyclopses
what is with that necroposting ?!Originally Posted by egyk90 Go to original post
