    Question for players that use hardwired.

    Is it true that the talents on the chest and backpack are broken,? They dont trigger at all.

    They worked (and still work) fine for me with turrets, seeker mines, and drones. They did not work with the chem launcher (using the chem launcher did not refresh the other skill). I'm not sure if that's intended or a bug, I didn't investigate further and just other skills.

    I've counted the time for skills to countdown and I always get 20 seconds... supposed to be 10 with the talents if I read them right. On PC without the expansion.

    I found it to be absolutely random, even during the same fight sometimes it took 10, others 20 seconds.

    Before reforging an affix it never gave me inconsistencies, only after that.

    And as Psyringe said, it is not triggered at all with some skills.

    The 20 > 10 second cooldown Talent is working on mine, though it's a bit harder to easily test to the damage % Talent.

    Have any of you Recalibrated the backpack/vests in question?

    It's not consistent with me. Seekers and sticky. Drop seekers, use sticky, suppose to have seekers back. Not always.

    Also the damage scale is bad as you move up the difficulty. Even as solo the damage does not scale correctly or even match an all red build. Which is the way I understand it. Skills are suppose to be as strong as dps. They are certainly not.

    Just asking - do you wait until the countdown on the seekers has started? Because if you don't, then the Feedback Loop won't work, as it can't reset a countdown that hasn't yet started. With seekers and a drone, this is how I use them:
    1. throw seekers
    2. wait until the seekers have exploded and the cooldown countdown has started
    3. start drone - seekers become available immediately
    4. throw seekers
    5. wait until the Feedback Loop icon is orange (it usually takes a bit longer than the drone cooldown in my current stat, so I have to take care to not start the drone immediately, but wait 1-2 additional seconds until Feedback Loop becomes available)
    6. destroy drone - seekers become available immediately
    7. throw seekers
    (and so on)

    Yes, I increased an attribute.
