I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

I can confirm that this has been reported to the dev team.

Could anyone provide any videos as examples?

I don’t have any video but there’s an easy test with 100% effectiveness.

Do something that rewards high exp, manhunt activity on heroic gives like 990k with directives.

Say I’m level 55 600/700k to 56.
I cash in on that 990k.
I would go from 55-57 in my season pass.

It entirely skips over the season pass level of 56 due to the huge chunk of exp and it rewards me the items for hitting level 57.

Rewards for 56 become lost.

This happens every single time if you do it, I’d make a clip but I’ve already missed out on several rewards because I didn’t notice it until I was roughly rank 50 in my season pass.

Can confirm. Got twice two levels in once, and didn't get both rewards. I didn't receive the level 20 ones (Everlasting Gaze and the Named Weapon Skin of it) and the level 25 rewards (Backup Boomstick and the Named Weapon Skin of it). I really hope you'll find a way to fix this issue. I kept the video captures of every times it happened. I'll try to upload them later.

edit : Just noticed that I didn't get the Black Ivory Dye and the Kneepads at level 11, and Admiral/Canary Gear Dye and System Corruption Vest at level 16 as well. :/

Also, insult to injury on the issue, I’ve lowered my exp count to make sure I don’t skip —
Level 65 was supposed to get a Quiet Roar and Named Cache— got a Force Multiplier and Seasonal Cache.

Soooo ouch.

I get this is the first time you guys are trying this so I’m understanding and respect it, just hoping for some sort of rectification. Thanks.

I reached level 20 of the Season 1 pass and never received the Everlasting Gaze or the Named Weapon skin. Unfortunately I didn't realise until a couple of levels later so I don't have any video footage. I'm not sure if this has happened on any other levels, but I was particularly looking forward to this one

A week and over several support tickets later I still have yet to receive any formal response on how to fix this issue. I’m very frustrated right now as I’ve missed out on a lot of rewards
