I followed the advice and opened a ticket. I kid you not, it took them so long to reply that Nvidia released two driver updates in the period I was waiting and all support told me when they eventually bothered to reply was that my drivers were out of date. I tried to explain to them that my drivers were completely up to date when I opened the ticket - they couldn't understand.
Then they came back and told me my Windows 10 was out of date - I'm running the latest version (1909) and it's fully updated. Yet despite my DXDiag and MSINFO fiiles quite clearly showing that fact they insisted I was running an older version. I tried to explain that they had their 'versions' and their 'builds' mixed up, but yeah....they didn't understand.
I just gave up in the end and let my ticket run down and close. Otherwise I was going to lose my rag and say something I'd probably regret.
