No issues of stuttering for me on DX12 but i do get crash//freezes now and then. I've noticed when this happens the game goes from Fullscreen into Window mode and also the uplay client crashes.
I'm going to reinstall uplay and try again.

Same, I seem to only crash when browsing my inventory, too.

Since WONY dropped, this game is an ultimate mess. Specially when it comes to performance.
Not sure what they changed but frame drops and freezes are having a JAM these days.
And if you happen to decide to jump into DZ, well RIP frames. Crashes, well that's another story I'm tired of now.

That's an issue with all Ubi games apparently.

    Did you all try this?

Right-click on the TheDivision2.exe > go to Properties.
    Go to the compatibility option.
    Check the 'Disable fullscreen optimizations'

It's also fixed crash issue in TD1 with DX12 (but DX12 not worth it in TD1)

I'm having these issues too - one thing I've foound that staves off the scrashes somewhat, is when the game is running, goto taskmanager and end the easycheat process. I've done this and I "rarely" get any crashes now

There is no one single fix for this. Or I should say a workaround.
It takes a mixture of random workarounds and see which particular one works for your Rig.
Thing which worked for me doesn't guarantee that it will work for you.

I tried around five to six workarounds suggested by people online and now my game never crashes.
Not a single CTD since last four months at least. And yes, I am using DX12 since launch.

@BAlDBOlD - Yes - and it totally solved he issue so far (a few hours with various overlays active and different over and undervolt scenarios). Nice one!

It seems that the CTD issue can be either fixed or very effectively tuned down. What i don't understand is why some people report high CPU usage - the Division games never exhibited this behavior on my end. But I've had them run only on the 1600 and 3600 in recent years. Back when I had my trusty Xeon (4+4 Threads) I didn't benchmark so thorougly, but I did not notice it either.

So: If you are experiencing high (noticeably over 90% on all/most cores for more than just a spike) CPU usage - and are SURE that there is no super obvious other application sucking up your CPU time and you don't run on only 4 cores/threads -> Could you please provide more specs? What is your system (CPU, GPU, RAM amount and maybe Windows build) etc etc. Thanks =)
