[SUGGESTION] Replace the vandages for combat topurniquets.

the game claims to be realist, and with the new update, it'll be close to the ultimate war experience. BUT... when the main character is wounded by enemy fire, a combat bandage heal you miraculously, from a critical injury?
It'll be more realistic to fall down to the floor and use a Combat application tourniquet (CAT) or another tourniquet brand. For example, in a 30 seconds lapse pushing repeditly an action button to prevent bleed out and die.
Tourniquets saves most of the lives in real war scenarios, and in civilian shootouts, no other videogame has them. be the first!
If you implement the Tourniquet for bleedings when wounded by enemy fire, it'll raise the Ghosts experience "over 9000!"

Yes, I tried to walk, and even to run.
I'm very familiar with TCCC and TECC procedures.
It'll be more realistic to put one CAT in a leg, and move limping to a cover, with a huge speed penalty, until you can use a medkit, or use a TQ in an arm and the same, heavy accuracy penalty until a med kit is used.

As you must know for your answer, Combat bandages (israeli) are only used to hold in place a hemostatic gauze in "M", and for wounds with moderate bleeding in "C", not for massive hemorrhages.
It's a videogame, I know, no one is wounded by 5.56 and 7.62 bullets, and still running and jumping with only one analgesic injection.
But, it 'll add more realism to use a real field treatment, ( first option, in fact) to prevent the death, as limb bleeding is the first cause of evitable death in a tactical envoirment.

Although I find the idea interesting, I think it may be quiet unpratical. At a certain point I wondered about implementing something like the entire MARCH procedure in the game. But it may take too long and break the pace of the game.

There must be a balance between the game animation and real world procedures. The Idea of the "[...] use a TQ in an arm and the same, heavy accuracy penalty until a med kit is used." is really interesting though.

I assume the full MARCH sequence is too much for a videogame, but a TQ in replacement of a bandage maybe can bring some realism to a critical injury on the battlefield.
I think it makes sense because we have the Combat Medic class in the game. I mean, a combat medic with a defibrillator drone for a bullet wound?! no way.

For example, when the screen turns in black and white when you are heavily injured.. a message of " massive bleeding!" appears and you have to apply yourself a TQ in less than 30 secs (or 15 in videogame mechanics) to survive. Limb wound could be aleatory, so some times you'll fall down and have to apply a TQ in the leg, then you can't run, but can use your rifle, and other times you "loose" one arm with the TQ, and can only respond with your handgun, but you can run with a little dizziness. As aI mentioned before, this will add some cool realism to combat medic class.

(sorry for the long reply, I'm a little fanboy of TCCC)

No need to be sorry, specially if you practise TCCC often, after a while it really gets to you
