[BUG] - Bounties in NYC cannot be completed

Any bounty that takes you to the building between Liberty St. and Maiden Ln. in Battery Park (on the border of the Financial District) cannot be completed.
The entrance to the room is blocked by a barricade and the elevator in front of the baricade holsters all weapons but the button cannot be pressed.

I've had this about 5 or 6 times now that takes me through this area and no one seems to be able to figure this out.

I'm pretty sure that this building was part of a mission and it's locked out post mission.

Ubi, please take a look. Thanks.

Same issue on 4 different players maps with same bounty. Can kill enemy behind barricade by throwing seekers and turrets etc over barricade but after that -nothing can be done to progress to next level.

I experienced this last night as well. Some people on Reddit were reporting that the left-hand elevator door was open for them, exposing a rope leading to the basement, but this door was closed for me (and others) and couldn't be interacted with.

Yeah. This is part of the quest line. I remember going into the left elevator and using the rope. Now that the quests have all been completed, it appears the room has reset making the bounties going through that area inaccessible.

Just had this happen to me twice in an hour.

Lost my mind trying to solve it since I was certain it was just me being stupid and missing something, so I've spent an hour trying to figure it out.

Turns out, it's just another in long line of screwups in TD2 TU8.

    Sigh.
