    You have to respect them though for creating 3000 types of knives that you can never see in game

    Good idea. They need relax criteria for when the animations activate. As you say, they are numerous, but we never get to see them.

    Been replaying Blacklist recently and all those lethal/non-lethal takedowns are absolutely amazing. Would be great to have something like that in Breakpoint with an option to equip or unequip the knife. Good point.

    Well, the multiple CQC takedowns in TPP aren't so realistic. I mean, you take them down one by one and the next guy doesn't hear his comrades getting their bodies smashed into the ground

    But I like the CQC in TPP because you have many options. You can sneak up behind an enemy on prone position and smash his legs to make him fall down and hold him up, you can grab him and choke him (stun), knife him (kill), interrogate him or make him call his buddies out to draw their attention, you can do a combo to knock him out, you can literally take the enemy's weapon out of their hands and use it against them, and you can counterattack an enemy's CQC (yes, unlike the Sammys in Brokepoint the enemies in MGS TPP use their knives too).

    I think there is one animation where you are at least 1 foot above target like a platform and you perform the knife melee you punch the npc in the face jump down off the elevated platform while grabbing the npc's forehead and chin coming behind him and snapping his neck, tried to record it but it happened so quickly and on top of the angle I was set in the camera did the move through the character until the end of it as I saw my character snap his neck.

    I think ive seen that one with the punch, theyre great. Smooth and quick, very useful when trying to stay hidden there's also one where he catches and lowers the body after snapping the neck, also smooth and quick. Just dont want to have to rely on a bush being close by to use them.
