I posted about this talent not working before I quit like a month before the raid dropped. Not sure what other talents dont even work but this one for sure doesnt.

Yes it does. Or the Perfect version does.
107,637 white damage. 130284 with C&P active.
134k crit and 162k crits with C&P active.

You can add the weapon talent On Empty to the list. It doesnt work either.

Does no symbol in your buffs and active talents show for you? I will have to test damage on the range. Also nothing showing for On Empy. No increase in reload speed accuracy or stability.

I don't have On Empty to test. I thought it showed up to the side of your gun when aiming. However, some talent/buff icons are not displaying properly under the UI wher global buffs go.

Ok I see where the ability being active shows when aiming. This must be to prevent buff stacking by swapping weapons.
