Targeted Loot drop should have higher rate, more pieces, and better quality

I understand that with Gear 2.0 there will be "slight" reduction in drop quantity but better quality. This is not the case.
I am level 40 and ran hard difficulty on targeted loot missions.
Hardly any targeted loot, and almost all purple gears, and almost all bad quality.

    1. This is a waste of time and make me quickly want to quit the game. The grind is not enjoyable at all.

    2. The lack of loot leads to lack of materials to craft or sell or calibrate.

I don't see how this will help me to prepare for harder difficulties.

I agree with you completely, guess I'll be back to farm DZ on low population times, so I can have descent loot to tackle players if I run into them, because it seems that out side the DZ where I should grind to prepare to enter the DZ I can't get a miserable good piece of equipment to drop!

The irony here of a comment where we acknowledge that we force people to engage in PVP Content against their will in order to have a reasonable chance of useful loot.

By the way, the loot isn't any better, you're just going to have a bad time, someone is going to think they are a big man when they camp you for kills for an hour, and you won't get anywhere towards your goal. The fact that you may have gotten better gear there in the past is simply a RNG illusion. Google "the pigeon experiment".
