People are expecting to be good because they had decent builds before and now have to start again and are crying because they cant do heroic straight away with a crap build.
The update has been out less than a week and these idiots expect to have god builds , get over yourselves.
Fact is in this case is youtube has nothing on there for them to copy and cheat so now they are what they are useless cheats with no knowledge of the builds.
All im going to say is , if i can do heroic and go in darkzone and take on medium teams on my own then there is nothing wrong it you.
Get good or stop copying others your choice.
Ubi / Massive dont change anything just clean up the glitches good job on dlc.
If people say that the bullet spongyness means challenge, clearly they dont know this game and its history and past. Since Division 1 this is a problem and they had to fixed it to get to the game to its finnest spot.
But its easier to come to a forum and call others idiots, thats funny.
How do you know it's not.? have you tried and are in the top 1%,Originally Posted by Chaykon Go to original post
if not then no it's not, if you are then yes it is.
The devs stipulated that Legendary will be solo-able (But only for the top one percent) and that goes for groups as well only for the top 1%,
As for the difficulties, it could be bugged, there are people that have difficulties with it and others that don't.
Mind you again the dev stipulated on SoTG that difficulties are now going to represent their names
Normal just as is normal.
Hard is now going to be well (Hard) not a 5 to 10 min speed run anymore.
Challenging is now going to be a Challenge (to even get through) as above not a 5 to 10 min speed run.
Heroic is now going to be ny on impossible (unless you have a top build/team synergy etc etc,
Before this update the game was flat out boring, no difficulty elites were like chocolate in front of an open fire (melts in 10 seconds) there was literally no difficulty or challenge (apart from the Raid) and that could be done in speed runs.
I think a huge part of the issue that a lot of people are having is that they have totally redefined what normal, hard, challenging, and heroic feel like in The Division 2. Some of it was needed, for sure. I’m more than fine with using cover and not having seeker builds that kill entire rooms of NPCs, but I feel like they swung the pendulum a little too far in the other direction.
I don’t mind getting hit like a truck if I pop out of cover at the wrong time. I’m ok with that aspect of it. I think cranking up time to kill on enemies wasn’t a great idea though. “Bullet sponge” has been a dirty word in the lexicon of The Division for a long time. Now we’re not talking 1.3 levels of sponginess here, but it should have been predictable that the community was going to react negatively to this facet of the difficulty change.
I will give them this benefit of the doubt though. They probably figured that it would be easier to start by erring more on the “too difficult” side and adjust it down than start on the “too easy” side and adjust it up, especially since there wasn’t a PTS.
So it’s my opinion that they need to tweak TTK a little bit. Others probably want it cut more than I do, but I do think that a significant portion of the community feels that way. I’m not saying they should knee jerk nerf it into the ground, but since a lot of people seem to be expressing this frustration after just putting out another 30 bucks, I think it would be a mistake to ignore that feedback.
Oh give over. Its not about not being able to do Heroic. Its about sitting there with nothing to do but jam your finger of the fire button for an hour to complete something that used to take 20 minutes. Its fecking boring just pumping rounds in to bullet sponges.Originally Posted by cheesey-rust Go to original post
