    The next entry

After playing odyssey easy mode. ( I like to play the story, no offence to players who like challenges) I went back to Origins, in the easy mode and level scaling off, players are not punished for wanting to play on easy. In your next game theese are options that should be available from the start. Playing origins is still fun playing this way.

    Hello Midag0,

Welcome to the forums! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. What do you specifically mean by "Players are punished by playing on easy"?

Can you please explain that a little further? I am curious on your thoughts.

He's talking about level scaling. Unless you turned level scaling on In Origins, a level 1 area/enemy stayed level 1 no matter what level Bayek was.

I also dont like the forced level scaling in Odyssey. The reason for a level system is to make your character stronger so that he could beat enemies. But if the Enemies level up with the player this makes no sense.

More specifically too, in regards to the loot being four levels below, with level scaling disabled on origins the loot matches your current level regardless of the mission level your playing through. So I’m level 30 undertaking an level 25 side quest and loot I Aquire is the same level as me. Admittedly the disable level scaling was implemented late and maybe was rushed.

Thank you for expanding on that for me! It looks like other players have commented on the level scaling as well. I know that this was a new feature implemented with Odyssey, so I appreciate hearing your feedback on this!
