I just read your post about asking for advice in regards for ideas to enhance the AC Rebellion game. I have been playing it for the past two years and love the changes and updates that have been periodically released. I have been debating this idea for sometime but have held off for a few reasons.
1. I was not sure who to reach out to.
2. I had not fully developed my ideas.
3. Timing within the gaming community.
Here is my proposal.
Make a replica of ACR, however, instead of characters from the AC universe, make it focused on Operators from Splinter Cell, Rainbow 6, Ghost Recon, and or The Division.
A few months ago it was announced that the R6 community alone had over 55 million players and growing. The ubisoft community through those 3 combined games would easily be close to 100M.
There is a simplicity to the game that makes it appealing, yet something about that simplicity.
I am a MASSIVE Sam Fisher so I'll use him as a reference for this. Going to make the comparison to
Luciano. Able to assassinate (thank you third echelon), free run, and take on enemies head on (thank you Krav Maga). As far as gear, I think you guys have done a wonderful job of incorporating the L5 gear.
Just a quick list of character and their possible class.

(Basically the same as the "coin toss assasination but the enemy walks into a trap)

I'm assuming there are already animations for Edward Kenway and the use of his pistols; essentially use the same type of animations for the "normal combat" with all the Operators. Flash grenades, smoke grenades, emps, and a PLETHORA of gadgets would make this a blast to play.
Team composition bonus. Give a small bonus if your team is comprised of characters that work well together "Fisher and Grim" "Thatcher and Doki" "Mozi and Twitch". Whether it be bonus Intel (the currency of the game) at the end of the mission, +5% assassination success rate, +5% health..
The gear for the characters could be easily upgraded with extra specialized parts, or simply better versions of the weapon; same as ACR.
I have a few other ideas but frankly, my fingers are about all typed out tonight.
