I've been experiencing this for weeks. Still an ongoing issue. So, annoying.

Same problem. Massive please acknowledge and fix. Perhaps I missed this in a SoTG or a known issue? I do not see it listed. Either the door is not opened as there are two massive metal plates or the elevator is not functioning regardless of everyone being in the elevator. These bounties being in that inaccessible area are extremely frustrating. On a side note: Perhaps this is why they removed Intel costs for bounties? Due to the sheer number of bugs with bounties at the moment.

4 bounties I've missed out on over the last week because of this issue. Literally nothing you can do except abandon the bounty if it ends up being there.
