    Well maybe theres a problem I couldn't react and move cuz of lag or latencies in dominion.I can kill cents only with Shugo,well mostly And I believe that hito against cent is a bad choice

    Not really. He has nothing to beat your charged heavy mixups, he must make reads for that. The kick mixup is heavily in your favour if you stay clear from walls. And he has nothing unusually fast, so blocking him should not be harder than blocking anyone else. I don't think centurion has any positive matchups in 1v1. 4v4 is a completely different thing of course.
