Interesting, so others are getting similar results to mine. I may have jumped the gun blaming EVGA hardware for this, so I have canceled my RMA until I can figure out what's going on. When the textures are flashing in realtime, it looks for all the world like a heat damaged video card. I am going to try 97.24 drivers tonight and see how they work.
I have a 8800 GTS which I got this past week and I'm see some pixalation on the ground that happens when ever there is a shadow from a smoke, dust cloud. Here's an example:

I'm running the latest drivers as well as the DLLs posted at the beginning of this thread.
It shows up on all settings of AF and AA. Haven't played around with my conf.ini too much. Any suggestions?
Your texture preference on High Quality or just Quality? Nvidia cards have some issues like yours and others when in just quality mode. The reason I ask is because its set to Quality by default and you have to manually select High Quality which is what you want. I use Nhancer instead of control panel which gives you more options. I would also run vertical sync on with Tripple Buffering enabled. And try just running AA without the AF. You can select ansiotropic in IL2 setup. This is what I do.Originally posted by Tgd_Voxman:
