    Ps4 pro Error code np-39227-3

All of the sudden after completing all story and side missions in nyc, went back to dc and now I can’t see my mask in inventory. All other gear I’m able to see just fine. Closed game. Restore licenses and I get Error code np-39227-3. Deleted game. Try to restore licenses. Same code. Redownoaded game. Tried to restore licenses again. Same error code. Booted up game and everything works fine but still can’t see my mask. Closed game. Restored licenses. Same code. Delete game. Restored licenses. Same code. Redownloaded game. Same thing all over again. Please help.

    Hi OtownSTi!

Sorry to hear you getting the NP-39227-3 error. Can you please try rebuild database?

You may also need to power cycle your console by turning off your PS4's power completely, wait one minute then start it again. Also make sure your console is up to date. Thanks!

Turning off the power completely worked. I usually just put it in rest mode. Haven’t turned it off in months lol. Thank you so much.

    You're welcome!

    Same thang

I’m having this same issue. Well, not the mask part, but the error code and constantly getting kicked out of the game. I’ve cycled the PS4. I’ve deleted/redownloaded, I’ve deactivated my primary and reactivated...then I went all out and put the PS4 through a full system initialization and still...error when I try to restore the licenses. Doesn’t help that with the pandemic panic the PlayStation support staff all seem to be out of work

    NP-39227-3 Code Error

Did you guys ever get this resolved? I have a buddy that is going through this issue now and this error (unable to load licenses that were purchased) seems to be a persistent problem across PlayStation's networks.

I'm having the same problem also. I've restored database, deatctivated and reactivated, still can't restore license for Warlords of New York error code NP-39227-3

    Ps4 pro Error code np-39227-3

Hello! I've been having this same issue and have done every troubleshooting option possible. I've been unable to download new games as they do not show up in my library and two games I preordered, just won't download. I am also blocked from access to MP in Call Of Duty Warzone
