    Why are we back to bullet sponge ********?

    Come on devs, why are we back to this totally ******ed way of doing things?

    I've not had any issues with TTK yet, only lvl38 and they seem to go down the same as before (well elites take longer as no DTE)

    Bullet sponges? I don't have any issues till now. What is your current build?

    Edit: And on what diffulty are you playing? (Missions, Open World) Otherwise try to lower the difficulty.

    If you look in clan, and click on a player, you will see we still have a Gear score. The reason I bring that up is, the more I review my progress, the more I am convinced the game is scaling enemies to that gear score. What that amounts to is, you build a 40 character with an 1100 gear score but don't go full tilt DPS and the enemies are scaled to 1100 gear score becoming massive bullet sponges.

    If I am right, the AI has an extremely linear vertical progression and we will be forced to run builds that align with it or we will get destroyed. Much like we would if we were fighting bot ran PvP players. For now, the thing to do is pay more attention to not over gearing rather than not under gearing.

    Judging by others and Vids some don't have that problem (Both DC and NYC) and some do.

    I am level 40 and I think it's a huge difference between missions in DC at Challenging now compared to before WONY/TU8. I am running a 4-piece HW skill build and my seeker mines and stinger hive does less damage now, which is OK since we are far from min/maxed yet.But, my AR/SMG does SO little damage compared to before. We are talking bullet sponges deluxe.

    But, let's see what the future gives, after min/maxing everything, hopefully it will be better.

    Wait wait somebody come and say "its not spongyyy" Tons of people have this problem, reddit, ubiforum, youtube but 1% people not. Hmm interest. 1.3 patch is back . DC Heroic? Elites or some mission passage is unreal. Milion shot to one heavy or one medic which simply revive full group when you shooting him or try destroy him weakspot. GG Masterpiece. But niet its not spongy Its your build. Buff enemy and totally downgrade all gears, removed talents or anything is NOT STEP forward! . Brutal boost dogs, drons. Weakspots eats tons ammo than destroy him..Agresiv heavy, flamesgirls, "bilion" armors elitas. Flamegrenade fire throught wall, sniper shotguns, Hip fire smg NPC who have better aim than sniper rifle. This is fun? No. Before updade its was fun ok little bit easy but still fun...Now? Its waste of time...Because loot for hardest content is absoluty worst what i see in DV2...You complete HC activity with you friend and scale to full group. A your loot from CP4 cache is purple items 462 GS with joke atributte? Srsly? Who approved THIS FAIL? . But not its not SPONGYY..Just majority players they lying. Quity same problem as a DIVISION 1 after release 1.3 patch.

    As i said in other topics Bullet Spongee Doesn't mean Challenge. You kill the game this way on Higher Difficults cause everybody is going to Sniper and LMG builds. Now tell me where is the build diversity? Its annoying, boring and frustrating. Keep the AI smart as it is, let them hit like a truck but for god's sake give us some advantage too when hitting them, im running out ammo almost everytime and dying cause of that. And please make the AI of the Control Point Officers smart too, they die all the time cause their stupid behavior.

    Not only that, I had rescue hostages missions fail because the hostages would run inside a granade or into enemy fire.
    I'm there to rescue them, they should stay in the back and try to stay alive.
