Thanks for all the sugestions , I tried a second time the ticket process but it only shows a "loading" screen forever, everytime after pressing the button to process ticket.

I had to remove the link as it technically could be used to access the hack.

Thank you for the report though, we have seen this. Closing this thread as this is more of a "report it directly to a Ubi person" subject than a subject for general discussion.
