I'm saying let's boycott U-play, Ubisoft,whoever is in charge of this crime, that is called stealing money!
I've purchased a game in June 2019 for 100 Euro, and my purchase also included the: Season Pass for the next year, meaning all upcoming DLC's for free

All the point is that me, and many other's who did purchased One Year Season Pass (and I'm sure that the most part of the people purchased it), should enjoy all the upcoming updates/DLC's for the Division 2, for FREE! Even if you play with the name of the DLC and call it: Expansion pack (by the way; Expansion Pack- is one of the explanations for the DLC) , so you could give it whatever name you want, but you can't just come and tell me to pay some extra 30 Euro for some DLC update,that you've called Expansion Pack after I've already payed 100 Euro for the game PLUS all the upcoming DLC's for the next year. it's a crime to ask extra money, for something that you already have money for that.
You should be a shame for that...

You do realize the year 1 pass expires 1 year after the day 1 release of the game, not 1 year after the date YOU purchased it right?

No no my friend, I don't realize it,and I also should not realize it. because such things must be written, but it's not written in any place that one year season pass starts from the date,game was out and not from the date of your/my personal purchase of it... because if it would be like this,so it means that somebody who purchased the game in December 2019 and payed the full price for one year season pass, will enjoy only couple month's of it, it looses all the point of the One Year Season pass. But even if it's exactly as you say,and the count of One Year Season Pass starts from the date the game was out, so it's still not one year my friend! The Game was released on March 15 2019!

Whatever you might think of it, you cannot argue on the fact that the Year One pass is still active. As mentioned above the games released on the 15th, not on Match 1st.

It's not 1 year pass its "Year One Pass" as in the pass will be only active for a year since the release of the game. Also the name is suggested that you will get everything that released in a year i know its a scummy title but if you look at the any info about the pass in both store and online only thing they offer is 8 exclusive Classified Assignments early access to 3 Specializations(which all players can unlock through gameplay without paying anything extra) and some cosmetics. Its on you to jump and buy something without ever looking at what you are getting from it.

The release date of the game doesn't matter. Go look at what's included in the year 1 pass. All owners have access to everything that's listed there and will keep their access even after its been a year since release. It was never marketed as all dlc all content for a year free. It was always 8 ca missions 3 episodes instaunlock to 3 specs and some cosmetics. I agree name of the pack is misleading and scummy but actual marketing and descriptions of the pack is not.

Yes, the 345 Days Pass would be much better. We all knew what we could expect during this (almost) one year period. But I am still waiting for that second raid or did they just cancel it.

I don't what to tell ya then. If you cant figure this out, please don't ever answer those "scam likely" phone calls. They will have you buying every car warranty, health insurance and student loan relief product they sell.
