I disagree. March 5th is the moment when it is 5th of march on the first place on Earth where it is 5th of march. Customers live all over the planet not only in UTC region.

But any way it is now also 5th of March in UTC and still no information.

How hard is it to write:"we will deliver information on march 5th 6pm CET".

It is is easy even I can write it. Even Pizza delivery is more accurate then Ubisoft.

Wow there's a lack of patience here. You seriously can't have a pop at them for not releasing the info within your specified time window on the day they said, can you? I mean they said 5th March so actually they could release it 23:59 and still not be wrong in what they said! Chill out!

I think the patience issues some users have are originating from this being the second major update in a row that gets delayed at the last possible moment without any prior communication or warning.
