    Ok here is my opinion:

Normally your old gear would serve as an entry level for the new content(NY) and still act the same in the old content(DC) but what happens here is the old gear is ok to do the new content but fails to work on the old content.
The ReRoll was poorly executed in my case. I got 500GS with worst stats that new 47XGS(Ex:Old masks with core 20k armor new 35K) and everything was RNG base some people got ok stuff and some got trash.
In my case i want to do Coney Island before going to NY so i test the build on DC and felt like bashing my head on a wall. Old 500GS is not enough to do old content(DC)
Not only that but let's remember that the game Ubisoft sold a couple days ago is difference that the game now and before anyone start with the “They told about the change” not everyone search for every developer diary before boing the game some people bought the game for 5 bucks and decide to get the expansion because they like what they played on the moment.
To finish here the “don't like go play something else” is one of the things that kills a community

    But again just my opinion

Seems as if they purposely made it where 500 gs toons cant complete heroic and some challenging DC content so they would be forced to upgrade to Warlords of NY. Sad Ubisoft very sad.
