    Overpowered AI

The AI is incredibly tanky and can inflict major damage. I generally don't have any problem with your basic grunts or rushers with the shield, but classes like the elite flamethrower or the sniper are incredibly tanky and do an insane amount of damage.

The Sniper class has a turtle like shield that easily soaks up a magazine before breaking, that said, that's more than enough time for the AI to squeeze off 2 shots, 1 to take out all of your armor and another to down/kill you.

The sentry flamethrower is probably the bigger issue. It takes forever to break the armor, but then on top of that, you have to then do health damage. If you have low armor and they set you on fire, you don't even have a chance to get away and repair your armor with an armor kit before the burning kills you. The burn damage from them is just too much. They melt, literally, armor and health.

That said, this needs to be done with a scalpel. I'm not saying they need to be nerfed into the ground, but there is definitely an issue that those two classes can soak up bullets then deal immense amount of damage.

This is my current build, I'm well aware that is it likely inadequate, however, it seems like the AI from DC to NY gets a MASSIVE damage buff. Builds that work in DC well can be completely inadequate, and it just overall feels like Warlord of NY is not a DLC, but a completely new game (starting with the high price tag, but that's a story for another time). It just feels like everything you grinded for in DC is complete trash and you're forced to spend credits to get gear from the vendor when first starting, which may not be viable for some players that spent all their credits, like me, on the old recalibration system that used to be the biggest drain for credits.

    My build:

With all this said, I am still enjoying the Warlords of NY game play. it's fun to run around and see what it looks like in game compared to real life since I live in the Upper West Side of New York City.

On an unrealted note, the one thing I'm a little disappointed about is that the police, EMS, and fire are named differently. In Division 1, the cars were correctly named NYPD, or FDNY, but in Warlord, it's NYCP and FDNYC. It's a little thing can easily be overlooked, but there are definitely some issues that need to be fixed with WONY.

Alright, this is a little ridiculous now. The Tank with the nailgun is also insanely overpowered with the ability to one shot.

The issue with NYPD isn't a Massive/Ubi issue they're not allowed to use the official NYPD name. I think films can use them but games can't - just an interesting tidbit I heard yesterday

    On your other points I agree to an extent.Flamer can probably be fixed by reducing the range of the flamethrower, and making the weakpoint a little larger;
A bigger pain in the *** is the heavy with the shield, especially for solo as you can't really flank them. You can't put sustained fire on the shield without also taking damage, so it becomes a war of attrition and they have more armour and more firepower, so unless you keep using armor kits or recovery cover for a long time you are goosed.
The little snipers with riot shields aren;t that bad, the LMG seems to doa god job at suppressing them before they get a shot off

I think ultimately this is what the PvE Co-op and everyone playing classes means though, you're going to need LMG'ers, AR and skill builds to cover off every encounter

So, basically, if you are a solo player, you are screwed......thank you devs for killing the game off.

Before this update, it only takes me 15 min to farm a level 4 control point. After this update, it takes me 2 hours. They just as tanky as Iron Man, and my 931.9k armor is just like a piece of paper. :(

They might have done a rename to avoid legal problems. Could be defamation if you implied misconduct with a real agency but with a name changed agency, they got a "but it is a fictitious department" defence.

i meen Division 2 is ment as a Co-op game yet felt like a Solo player game, now it defenitly is Co-op, don't play solo just matchmake for the missions you want to do, and just do it with additional people, it is a lot less stressfull and you can make some nice partners sometimes specialy in DZ or for general farming

What did you all expect? There was no PTS for this expansion, no real testing, it just came out very unballanced and filled with bugs.

If it's meant to be a class divided game, then create classes and don't allow people to play solo. I love playing solo, I don't care to be rushed through the game by a party of people I do not know.

Back to the topic: I agree the flamethrower is way too tanky for the damage he deals: I usually just run around the map killing all the other enemies until he's the only one left and I can freely move away from him while shooting his armor for 2 minutes straight.

Generally all the elites are way too tanky, given the fact that DTE has been taken away, they are now walking fortresses, they soak up so many bullets it's not even funny.

Another thing I really think is broken is the turret that shoots fiery riot foam, even if you dodge it the server registers you as hit, and you end up blocked and on fire completely out of cover...
