    Stuck on pilot paywall, warlords dlc license wont refresh

    Bought the expansion yesterday when I found out it was released a day early.

    It says I have it purchased in the store, and from what I'm reading it says I should've been prompted to download a file. I cant access the download through the ps4 but it says I can play it through the psn website when I access it through my phone.

    I tried countless times talking to the pilot and he just keeps bringing me to the warlords paywall, but he doesnt give me the option to buy it again as it's been purchased already.

    I bought a physical copy of div2 here in the states, but went through a digital version of warlords also here in the USA. Need help ubisoft we are now on day 2 of the problem

    It is only me on this playstation and I do not share anything on this account with anyone.

    Here is the error when I try to refresh the license in the settings - account management - refresh licenses

    Cannot restore some licenses
    (NP-39227-3)
    The division 2 - warlords of New York- expansion order

    Again I do not share my account with anyone and was have always resided in the usa.

    Hi Nappy17s!

    Sorry to hear you having issues with accessing the Warlords of New York and get error when you try to restore licenses. Firstly, please check your PS4 is updated.

    If updated, please power cycle your console, which is to turn off your PS4's power completely, wait a minute then power it back up again. Finally, please try rebuild database.

    If after all these steps you still cannot access this, please reach out to PlayStation Support to investigate your account and license. Thanks!

    This did nothing, and contacting support lead to no solution. Their only suggestion was to claim all preorder content but that did not help.

    Can’t Access WONY Division 2 DLC

    Very frustrating experience with the DLC content for WONY. I purchased the content via the PlayStation store and cannot access the mission. Shows purchased but nothing from pilot. I’ve been through support multiple times and refreshed licenses I can’t tell you how many times. I can’t be the only one. This is very frustrating.

    Dumb question here but have you tried rebooting your system? I’ve had issues with cache keys etc and wouldn’t “fix” until I restarted my PS4

    Sounds like things aren’t syncing up for whatever reason.

    Also have you tried to go to NY without talking to the pilot? Honestly I can’t remember if you are required to talk to the pilot or not the first time you go to NY or not. I can fast travel back and forth now but I can’t remember if I had to go to the pilot the first time or not.

    Please help

    Hello I’m having the same problem, I’m stuck on the pilot’s menu and I cannot go to New York, I’ve tried all sorts of methods, restarted my PS4, restored my liscences, database built on safe mode but nothing happened, and when I enter the game in the first menu when you need to select your agent, you can see an icon of WONY on the right side of your character where it is mentioned: expansion available. The icon is in white. Please help

    Solution!

    I figured out my issue and am thankful! My disc was a foreign disk from Amazon and the DLC was not compatible with the version of the game. I broke down and downloaded the US version and all is right with the world.

    Yeah content needs to be from the same region. If you buy it from the say Hong Kong store you also need to buy the Hong Kong content to go with the game. Same goes for US game and content
