Hi everyone,
I am currently having an issue with JD2020 for the Nintendo Switch. Whenever we try to load the game and can choose between the "Kids", "Just Dance" or "All Stars" options and we choose the "Just Dance" option, the following message comes up: "The software has been closed because of an error". We then are returned to the home screen of the Switch.
I have made a short video of the error (apologies for the quality and length):
What I have tried so far:
- Cleared the profile
- Tried on different networks (even a mobile hotspot)
- Tried without network (which seems to work, but you need to reconnect the network to be able to play again)
- Tried Ubisoft support, but they only come up with the standard solutions of restarting and resetting everything
Anyone got any idea what to do here? My daughter would be very grateful!
I have pretty much the same issue as the post by jmurre. I tried doing everything I can with troubleshooting. I thought it was only for the Physical copy of Just Dance 2020, but the same issue happens with the digital copy. It closes during launch because an error occurred. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Do you happen to own / have launched Just Dance 2021 (or the demo) on your console too?
Can you also please try disconnecting your Switch from the internet or enabling Airplane Mode before launching Just Dance 2020 and let us know if you still encounter the crash or if you're able to play the game normally
